Non-Returnable Items

The software subscriptions and related services are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include: 

  • Software subscriptions
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made software
  • Additional services such as customization work and/ or other servicesrvice

 

In the event that you made an error in selecting the software product or other services, please contact us immediately, within 24hrs from the time of payment being made . We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund depending on your preference. Any additional fee involved will be charged accordingly.

 

Refunds

 Once we receive your refund request, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will be minus administrative fees incurred during the initial purchase.

 

Upgrade or Downgrades

 If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription  item, please contact our customer support team within 24hrs from making your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your new requirement.

 

 Processing Time

 Refunds will be processed within five (05) business days after we receive your request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
