  • Kottu & short-eats shops
  • Burger & pizza shops
  • Cloud kitchens
  • Delivery-only kitchens

A takeaway or delivery kitchen lives and dies by speed. Orders arrive at the counter, by phone and on WhatsApp all at once, riders come and go with cash, and one lost order is a lost customer. Nveloop POS puts every order on one board, from new to delivered, sends it to the kitchen straight away and tracks the cash each rider has to bring back. It suits kottu shops, burger and pizza shops, cloud kitchens and delivery-only kitchens across Sri Lanka.

Built for your takeaway

Buying advice

What to look for in a delivery POS

Delivery adds two problems a normal till does not solve: orders that arrive by phone and WhatsApp, and riders who carry your cash. Look for a system that records every order in one place with the customer’s address, and shows each order’s status to the kitchen and the counter.

Then look at the money. Every rider and delivery partner should have a running total of cash to collect and fees owed, so the drawer balances at closing. Promotions that switch on by time, such as lunchtime meal deals, save staff from changing prices by hand twice a day.

Questions

Fast Food & Delivery POS questions

Can I manage my own delivery riders?

Yes. Add your own riders and delivery partners, assign orders to them and track the cash each one has to collect.

Does it work with PickMe and Uber Eats orders?

Yes. Orders from delivery partners are recorded against that partner, so their sales and fees are reported separately.

Can customers order by phone or WhatsApp?

Yes. Your team enters the order on the order desk and it moves through preparing, ready and out for delivery.

Is it fast enough for a busy counter?

Yes. It is designed for quick keys, touch screens and barcode scanners, so the counter keeps moving at peak times.

Can I offer pickup as well as delivery?

Yes. Each order can be marked for delivery or pickup, and the customer is served in the right way.
